This conference is designed for for HR professionals and staff not in a senior or HR Director role - but all are welcome! Kindly note the different types of registrations offered. Any employee of a WASPA member district is treated as a "member" for registration and fee purposes. There is no charge for retired WASPA members. Any vendors interested in attending the fall conference must be active WASPA Business Affiliates sponsor the event. To make a reservation, call (855) 876-3399 and indicate you are with the group WASPA block Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators (WASPA). The block of rooms will be held until October 6, 2025. After that date, reservations will be allowed based on hotel availability. Single occupancy rate will be the prevailing State of WI per diem in effect at the time of arrival. Double occupancy rates apply when sharing accommodation with a spouse, guest, or second meeting attendee. $98 single occupancy/$149 double occupancy Remember to bring your tax-exempt certificate when checking in. Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ! Attendees who cancel their registrations three or more weeks prior to the conference or seminar starting date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between two and three weeks before the starting date will receive an 80% refund. All conference registration cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the conference start date. Cancellations received after that time will be refunded 20% of their registration fee.
