In your first or second year of HR?  Join us for this workshop geared toward new HR administrators and support staff. Learn HR basics, tips and tricks of the trade from veteran HR Directors and attorneys. WASPA’s Academy for New HR Administrators and Support Staff consists of a one-day workshop in July followed by two half-day seminars in November and April offering a variety of essential topics. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Any school administrators or administrative support personnel involved in HR duties – posting vacancies and recruiting talent, processing new hire paperwork, maintaining personnel records, payroll and compensation, conducting benefits enrollment, managing employee performance, training and development, employee relations, managing FMLA and other employee leaves of absence, or developing HR policies, procedures and handbooks. The cost of this one-day seminar is $200.00 per person.
